Yes. We fully disassemble the table (rails, pockets, felt, slate, frame), pad each slate piece individually, and reassemble, seam, and re-level the table at your new home. Re-felting is available at the same time.

Custom crating means building a measured wooden crate around an item that should not travel in cardboard — paintings, mirrors, glass or stone tabletops, sculptures, chandeliers, servers. It is standard practice for fragile items on long-distance lanes and a smart choice for anything irreplaceable on a local move. Your coordinator will recommend it where it makes sense.

Yes — beds, dining tables, desks, and standard furniture are included with every move. Larger or more involved pieces (wardrobe systems, bunk beds, gym equipment, flat-pack furniture) are scoped up front and included in your estimate. We also do assembly-only visits without a move.

We document it and open a claim on the spot. Items damaged due to our negligence are repaired or replaced under full-value protection if you selected it. Under basic coverage, federal rules limit compensation to $0.60 per pound per article — which is why we recommend full-value protection for anything you care about.

Yes. Most high-rise and mid-rise buildings require one before they let us on the loading dock. Tell your coordinator the exact requirements your building sent you and we will issue the COI directly to building management.
