These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Logic Moving Company LLC (“Logic Moving,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as well as certain electronic communications made through the website.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Website Purpose

The Logic Moving website provides information regarding moving, relocation, packing, crating, specialty moving, and related services and allows prospective customers to contact us and request information or estimates.

Information presented on this website is provided for general informational and business purposes and does not, by itself, constitute a binding moving contract, guaranteed estimate, reservation, or commitment to provide services.

2. Moving Estimates and Service Agreements

Submitting a request through our website does not automatically create a customer relationship, reserve a moving date, or constitute acceptance of a moving job. Moving dates and services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Any estimate provided in response to a website inquiry will be based on the information available to Logic Moving at the time the estimate is prepared. Actual moving charges and obligations may depend on factors such as:

  • Origin and destination
  • Distance
  • Shipment size or weight
  • Inventory
  • Labor requirements
  • Packing services
  • Access conditions, stairs, or elevators
  • Additional stops
  • Specialty items (pianos, pool tables, safes, artwork, crating)
  • Waiting time
  • Requested services
  • Applicable tariffs, rates, or other charges
  • Changes requested by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their move.

3. Separate Moving Contracts Control

These website Terms govern use of this website and related electronic communications. Actual moving and transportation services may be governed by separate documents, including, where applicable: written estimates, orders for service, bills of lading, tariffs, valuation selections, inventory documents, service agreements, payment authorizations, and addenda or other transportation documents.

If these website Terms conflict with a properly executed agreement governing an actual moving service, the applicable moving agreement will control with respect to that service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal, state, or local transportation law. Logic Moving operates under USDOT 2640973 and MC 986581.

4. Quote Requests and Information You Provide

When submitting information through our website, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person
  • Provide contact information that you are not authorized to use
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes

Logic Moving reserves the right to decline or discontinue communications concerning requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.

5. Electronic Communications

When you contact us through our website, email, telephone, or another electronic method, you consent to receiving electronic communications reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and administer your requested services. Electronic communications may include estimates, confirmations, scheduling information, documents, invoices, service notifications, and customer-support communications.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Logic Moving offers customers and prospective customers the option to communicate by SMS or text message. This section describes our messaging program.

Program description. If you provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opt in to text messaging — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, by texting us first, or by verbally agreeing with a Logic Moving representative — you consent to receive text messages from Logic Moving at the number you provided concerning matters such as:

  • Quote requests and moving inquiries
  • Scheduling, appointments, and confirmations
  • Service reminders and move-day coordination
  • Move-status and delivery updates
  • Customer-service communications
  • Other communications covered by your consent

Where you separately consent, messages may also include marketing or promotional communications.

Message frequency varies depending on your move and your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Logic Moving.

Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out request. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may support all messaging services.

No third-party sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in status, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, branding, page layouts, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Logic Moving and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use this website for personal, noncommercial purposes associated with evaluating or obtaining Logic Moving’s services. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or customer rights where such limitation is prohibited by law. Claims involving the actual transportation, handling, loss, damage, or delivery of household goods may be subject to separate transportation agreements and applicable federal or state law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Logic Moving harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of this website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of the rights of another person. This provision does not apply to claims arising from Logic Moving’s own obligations to customers under applicable law or a written moving agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or another applicable law controls.
